Beantown changed out a 12 year old water heater for a new one from the same manufacturer. Their two technicians, Ryan and Jay were very professional, skilled, helpful and calm throughout the project.

We had a small leak in a copper pipe in the basement. Sean was thorough in identifying several pinpoint leaks in that pipe and how much of it actually needed to be replaced to prevent a more serious leak in the future.
