Our goal is to utilize world class products while designing the most comfortable and energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems possible. We have designed and installed systems for houses ranging from 1,000 to 20,000+ square feet — for homes dating from the 18th century to the most modern, super colonials.

Had central mini-duct AC installed in our older home and the work Boucher did was phenomenal. I received multiple quotes for the same Unico system and they were on the lower-middle of the range for price. Their quality and reputation is what got me to use them instead of competitors.
