I needed to find a new plumber so I searched the internet. I contacted Briggs and Heino and left a VM requesting a pre-winter service check on my Navien space heating boiler system. Chris Briggs returned my call and scheduled an appointment. Chris showed up on time, completed a full maintenance check, and answered all my questions about the system.
