I called today for help because our ac stopped working and was beyond our ability to fix or even identify the problem. The timing worked out perfectly and Jim came right over. I thought we would have to wait forever but we got super lucky. That never happens!! He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable! I highly recommend them and we will call on them again when we have some more work to do.

We have been a HIM customer for over 25 years both at our previous business and our family homes. They have maintained, repaired and on occasion replaced, our a/c and heating units and I would consider them one of our premier vendors. The office and service personnel are always prompt, professional and friendly. The work is exemplary on all levels and I would recommend them highly. It's nice to have a relationship with a company you really trust.
