Phil was exceptional! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He called on his way over to our house and arrived at the time he said he was going to. He was pleasant and comfortable to talk to. He explained the problem with our water heater and fixed it within half an hour. I have never dealt with a home service company that is as wonderful as Kerivan-Lane. My son is a customer as well, and we are both very happy. Your technicians are fantastic. Kerivan-Lane really is a great company!

Paul, our oil delivery driver, informed me that before he attempted to top off our oil tank before an expected price increase that he noticed hornets coming in and out of the gap around the pipe leading into our tank. Further, he suggested specific instructions on what I needed to do to get the gap sealed up with expansion foam, which I did immediately. Paul went above and beyond the normal great service to help keep all of us safe and sound. Thanks Paul!

I had just purchased a home and was looking for a new company to use. We reached out to Kerivan-Lane because we had run out of propane. They came out the very next day and swapped out propane tanks and filled them for us. Ronnie Reitz and his team were fast and very friendly to us.
