Contacted Mike on a Friday afternoon (Memorial Day weekend!) and he was at my house the next morning to help me assess the issue. He was friendly, professional, fixed my electrical problem and was done in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed, I even asked if he could give me an estimate for a Generac—something I need.
