Northeast Heating & Cooling

In May, I request Northeast Heating &Co to come out to service my AC unit with one of Richard employees (Jose). He did a get job handling my questions and concerns about my system. Jose recommend that I enroll in the yearly maintenance service. So I did. Today was my schedule heating maintenance. The owner Ricard came out to service my system. He did a ellecent job servicing my system. He was very informative and made great recommendation. This showed me that customers service and having knowledgable employees is important to the Company. The consistency among the company core value has earn my business for a very long time. Thank you Jose and Ricard.

Technician came on time and was very knowledgeable completing his work in checking out my heating and ac system. He answered all my questions and left me with good recommendations for the future. Mike, a job well done !

The guys who came to my home (on 8/14) were on time, polite, super clean and helpful. I had a brief lesson on how to use my new Nest Thermostat, which was most helpful. Also, Taylor, who works in the office, is always helpful. Lastly, but not on purpose, Rich is always honest and helpful.
