Chris, Ethan, and Angelo installed a heat pump with two heads in our home. Chris was very knowledgeable on the units and the remotes as well as the app. He helped set the app up with his expertise. He thoroughly explained it all and we couldn’t be happier. All three were professional, and diligently got the job done. Thank you, Prestige, for keeping us comfortable throughout the coming year.

I cannot recommend Prestige enough. Competitive pricing, phenomenal service, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a rather unique issue with a split system they installed and they patiently worked with me to resolve it. For me, this is the true mark of a good company — how do they handle issues when they come up.

I called on a Tuesday with an HVAC issue and Prestige was able to come out to my house the following day first thing in the morning. The technician (Kurt) was on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, provide a quote for the fix, and fix the issue within 45 minutes.
