I was at Mass General Hospital with one of my siblings who was undergoing surgery and I got a call that the boiler went down at The Chicken Box. It was during a winter storm and your CEO Mike Dobbert was at our door himself within an hour to make sure that the boiler was fixed so we could keep our doors open. Talk about customer service!
