When our previous HVAC contractor wouldn’t honor a service contract, we called Lars when our heat went out on a cold, snowy March Saturday. He came within 90 minutes and had our heat back on very quickly when he discovered a worn out thermocouple. Very reasonable price especially under the circumstances. Needless to say, we will be using Lars to replace our burner and a/c units this spring. Great doing business with him. Shame on the other company who could have cared less.

I had not had my boiler cleaned in over 5 years. I live in a very old house, and my basement is challenging. Lars and his associate showed up on time and well prepared. They took care of not just cleaning my boiler but checking my fuel lines checking my furnace and making sure my oil tanks were in good condition. I thought their fee was very reasonable for the thoroughness that they supplied. Would highly recommend them to any homeowner or business.

Lars and his team came to diagnose my central air. They are extremely professional and courteous. They were able to detect the issue, which was the motor for the second zone. I had several contractors before him charge me several thousand dollars and never fixed my central air. He ordered a new motor, and within a week, it was back up and running. I love this team and couldn’t be happier with them. They call you back right away and very responsive. I will be using them for my future heating and central air and recommend them highly.
