Western MASS Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc helped me figure out the best solution for taking out an old steam radiator and adding two minisplits for heating and cooling. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a very fair price. The install went very smoothly and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Western Mass Heating Cooling & Plumbing converted our house from an oil/boiler system to a ductless heat pump system. It was a big project that also required coordination with an electrician. Early on, when I was getting quotes from multiple vendors, all the other companies said 'You’ll have to find an electrician for that part.' But Lauren from WMHCP was the only one who said 'I’ll call my electrician right now and have him get in touch with you.'

I had a whole home ductless mini-split installation done by Western Mass Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Inc. in October 2023. I would recommend this fine team of workers: Collin Cheek, the Project Manager; Carol Moran, Project Coordination Specialist, and the install team Jeff, Chase, Jordan, and Jack. From the initial visit with Collin to the install everything went as scheduled. The install team was prompt, efficient, polite and instructed me on the operation of the mini-splits.
