East Coast Generator has been great and their team is amazing. I have worked with them on both smaller home backup generators and larger commercial diesel units. The techs have always been excellent, as are Haley and Anthony. One time during an intense storm when my transfer switch malfunctioned, Anthony talked me through (safely) doing a manual transfer to generator, which allowed us to have power and heat until the ATS could be repaired. Do yourself a favor and go with a top notch local company - you won’t regret it.
